So what's included with Full Property Management Service ?

• Visiting you at your property, and providing a rental valuation and any other advice which you may require about letting your property
• Advertising your property
• All viewing enquiries will be handled by me
• Reference (additional charge) and vet tenants
• Arrange for an inventory and schedule of condition of the property and its contents to be drawn up (additional charge if you want Moorhouse lettings to do the inventory)
• Provide a tenancy agreement on your behalf
• Collect the deposit
• Collect the rent each month and produce 'chaser' letters when overdue
• Register your tenant's deposit with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS)
• Manage the transfer of utilities
• Act as stakeholder/Agent in any damage disputes
• Conduct management visits every 3 months and manage tenancy issues
• Handle maintenance issues using approved contractors
• Checking tenants out as required, re-lettings and continuing the process with minimum of vacant periods to ensure that you receive the optimum return from your property
